Issue 4

This month we feature an unlikely film collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dalí, alongside footage from Derek Jarman’s rarely seen Super-8s.  Richard Wentworth climbs a skyscraper to explore the city as inspiration, and Mathieu Briand and Prue Lang persuade the public to don masks and lose their inhibitions. We also tour Tate Britain’s new photography show and pay homage to Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys in St Ives.  Please feedback comments to tateshots@tate.org.uk – Jane Burton Editor.
