What time can my event start?
At Tate Britain, and for Corporate Members and sponsors at Tate Modern, receptions can start at 18:45 and dinners at 19:00. At Tate Modern, Level 7 evening events begin at 19:00.
How long do events last?
At Tate Britain, and for Corporate Members and sponsors at Tate Modern, receptions run from 18:45-20:45, though extensions can be granted for an additional fee. Dinners run from 19:00-23:00.
Corporate hospitality events on Level 7 at Tate Modern can run from 19:00-22:30.
Which caterer can I use?
Tate Entertaining have exclusive catering rights for all corporate hospitality events at Tate.

Which technical contractors can I use?
Due to the sensitive nature of the buildings, all technical contractors have to chosen from our accredited list. Please speak to the Corporate Events team on 020 7887 8689 to obtain a copy of this list.
Can I have a private view of an exhibition?
At Tate Britain, all event costs include a private view of a special exhibition or the permanent collection. This experience can be enhanced by hiring Tate guides to conduct tours.
At Tate Modern, it is a venue only package, and only Corporate Members and sponsors of the gallery have access to the galleries for private views.
Can I hold a private party?
Both Tate Modern and Tate Britain are only available for corporate events, and unfortunately we do not allow private parties.
