St Ives Parking Strategy

  • Aim: 'Develop a Parking Strategy for St Ives that will assist with maintaining and improving the environment, economy and accessibility of the town.'
  • Study expected to be completed early 2008

Key Tasks

  • Interview stakeholders and review the previous public consultation
  • Review the development context for St Ives
  • Review current use and arrangements for parking in St Ives
  • Make recommendations on the future: long and short stay parking provision, residents parking, Park and Ride and a report on the implications for parking revenue
  • Develop a business case for the proposed St Erth Park and Ride scheme
