Journals

The Library holds around 2,000 journal titles, of which around 400 are current subscriptions. Current titles, and titles acquired since the early 1990s, are listed on the Library catalogue, but older titles may only be recorded, with brief holdings information, on the separate Journals List.

In addition to current art magazines such as Art Monthly, etc., we hold a number of artists' serials, including Liver & Lights, Real Art and Project Folder, as well as historic magazines such as The Germ, Blast and The Yellow Book.

The Library also holds a collection of museum and gallery bulletins from around the world - details of which may be obtained by contacting the Research Centre.
