Roger Hargreaves (National Portrait Gallery) will give a personal response to the Robert Frank exhibition. Focusing on the journeys the artist made both through foreign travel and through the sequenced photograph, Hargreaves will draw out the poetic qualities of Frank’s image-making, and pay close attention to the ways in which he has explored looking, feeling, thinking, and ageing.
