In conjunction with the PhotoFilm! screening programme, this symposium explores the wider discourse raised by and around photofilms in the contemporary context of photography, film and digital media.

The changing relationships of stillness and movement and the ways in which we conceive and experience time are considered by distinguished speakers including Raymond Bellour, David Campany, Ian Christie, David Claerbout, David Cross, Dieter Daniels, Laura Mulvey, Leslie Thornton and more.
