Training Course
The 2002 Training Course marks a shift in the nature of the programme to one that is more broadly based around training in all aspects of gallery activities and not just leading workshops. Now the team is responsible for everything, from getting people to come to the events to designing flyers, writing press releases and working out who to send them to!

Team
The Raw Canvas team decide to split into three 'strands': Marketing, Outreach and Workshops.
Each devise their own roles within the group and meet regularly, giving a more structured role to the team and allowing for those that want to develop the programme to do it in style...

Creating a Raw Canvas brand
(working with Think Pod)
Raw Canvas give themselves a facelift and opt for... Flourescent Green?! Apparently it was big in the 80's (a subconscious choice for all us 80's kiddies?!). The team works closely with Think Pod and gets to grips with how brand design and marketing functions. A whole range of 'deliverables' are produced, stickers, flyers, mailbacks, you name it Raw Canvas got it, including headed paper!

Rebrand party
April 2002
Have new T-shirts? Must celebrate!
Oh, and the lovely Esther takes over from Caro. Raw Canvas gets the (almost) undivided attention of Esther and Caro moves to the beautiful city of Bath, to change the world for the visually impaired (she researches into sensory perception!).
