Eating and Drinking at Tate Modern

Tate Modern Restaurant

Tate Modern Restaurant

Located on Level 7 with one of the best views in London, the Tate Modern Restaurant offers a menu based on fresh, seasonal produce together with an exciting wine list focusing on innovative producers. Relax with friends over a glass of wine in the bar, or plan a special occasion lunch or dinner.

By developing relationships with high quality, specialist suppliers who are able to source the finest seasonal produce, Head Chef Bruce Wilson has created a menu which showcases quality ingredients, often sourced locally, but also taking the best from other countries, particularly Spain and Italy.

The current menu includes dishes such as Grilled Monte Enebro cheese, fresh honeycomb and vine rocket, Potted Cornish mackerel with sweet mustard and dill and Char-grilled salt marsh leg of lamb steak with red onion, feta, mint and oregano. For traditionalists, we also offer Deep fried Cornish haddock with chips, tartare sauce and mushy peas.

The Tate Modern Restaurant also offers a late lunch from 3pm which includes a Mezze plate, a Rare Aberdeen Angus beef sandwich with Blacksticks Blue butter and baby spinach and a variety of homemade cakes and desserts such as Flourless orange & almond cake and Apricot cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

Tate Modern Restaurant welcomes bookings for lunch Monday to Friday, and for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.
