2012 Annual General Meeting
Friday 7 December, 2012, 18.45, Starr Auditorium, Tate Modern.
In this past year you have contributed over £5.1 million, helped Tate acquire more than 14 works of art and funded special exhibitions and programmes.
The AGM is your chance each year to find out more about the art you've helped Tate acquire, to hear from the Director, Sir Nicholas Serota, to ask questions and meet the people behind the scenes.
Every Member is welcome - just bring your membership card. And with the gallery staying open until 22.00, it's also an opportunity to take in the exhibitions in the galleries.
The agenda for the meeting will be:
- Welcome and introduction from the Chair
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2011/2012 (introduced by the Treasurer)
- To appoint auditors to the company by 28 February 2013 and fix their remuneration
- To declare the result of the ballot for the election of members to Council.
- Report from the Director of Tate, Sir Nicholas Serota
- Presentation of works of art acquired with Tate Members support
New candidate information will be added in early April 2012.

2011 Annual General Meeting
The 53rd Annual General Meeting of Tate Members took place on Friday 2 December and the following resolutions were passed:
- Welcome and introduction from the Chair
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2010/2011 (introduced by the Treasurer)
- To appoint auditors to the company by 28 February 2012 and fix their remuneration
- To declare the result of the ballot for the election of members to Council.
- Report from the Director of Tate, Sir Nicholas Serota
- Presentation of works of art acquired with Tate Members support (Simon Wilson)
