Booking a group visit

Self-led group visits to Tate Liverpool are free.
Groups of 10 or more must book their visit in advance. To book, please call 0151 702 7400, or email vsatl@tate.org.uk.

Gallery tours for groups

There is a comprehensive programme of tours and talks for any group, large or small, making a visit to the Tate Liverpool. Whether you would like to visit the Tate Collection or one of our special exhibitions, we can help you and your group plan an unforgettable trip.

Collection tours
£5 per person (minimum charge £50, maximum number 100 people)

Special exhibition tours
From Picasso to Kimt and from Rene Magritte to Alice in Wonderland, Tate Liverpool’s special exhibitions are a must see. Groups of ten or more receive discounted entry into our special exhibitions when booking two weeks in advance of their visit. For forthcoming exhibition information and prices, download this PDF.

Tate Liverpool: The building and our history tour

£6 per person (minimum charge £60)

To book a tour for your group, call 0151 702 7400. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance. Tours are available during gallery opening times.

Catering for groups

The following catering packages are available to groups at Tate Liverpool. Please let us know when you book if you would like to add one:

• Light Refreshments
  A selection of biscuits with either a coffee or Jing leaf tea.
  £3 (per person)
• Morning
  A freshly baked Danish pastry or croissant with freshly squeezed orange juice or apple juice and either a coffee or Jing leaf tea.
  £4.75 (per person)
• Light lunch
  Choice either a freshly made sandwich or salad with a slice of homemade cake and either a coffee or Jing leaf tea..
  £7.50 (per person)
• Afternoon tea
  Choice either a slice of homemade cake of freshly baked scone with clotted cream and preserve with either a coffee or Jing leaf tea.
  £3.75 (per person)
