Documentary photography is a longstanding tradition, the most ubiquitous form being photojournalism. Using the Making History exhibition as a starting point, this weekend explores different methods, forms and possibilities within documentary practice. Led by a professional photographer and one of Tate Liverpool's artist educators Katie McCall, spend time in the exhibition exploring iconic works and some of the countries most influential practitioners and then try out some of your own ideas!
No experience necessary. Bring a camera (any type) and comfortable shoes.
