Ways of Looking InSETs for Teachers

Tate Britain, Tate Liverpool, Tate St Ives

Whether you are looking for professional development or simply want to develop your curriculum to include a more diverse range of art and ideas, Tate can offer you tailor-made training of the highest standard. We cater for specialist and generalist teaching across formal and informal education, from primary and secondary to further education and the gallery sector.

All four Tate galleries offer full- or half-day gallery-based sessions led by artists and educational professionals, where you will experience a whole range of approaches to teaching and learning within our historic, modern and contemporary displays and exhibitions.

We will work closely with you in planning the day. Through interactive and exciting sessions, our dynamic teams aim to stimulate creative and critical responses, offering cross-curricular connections as well as a specific subject focus or tailored approach to meet your needs at all key stages.
