Critical and Creative Writing

>Introduction
>Activity 1: Fictional Text Panel

In this session students develop their own critical and creative writing in response to the artworks. They are challenged to create a description of an artwork to replace the real thing and to merge this descriptive and critical writing into creative writing, adding fictional elements and personal responses. The finished pieces of text are recorded as audio files.

Examples of writing created by the students at The St Thomas the Apostle College are included in the activity section.
