Work in Focus; Plasticine Heads

This session introduces the work of two artists: Dimensions of Dialogue, an animation by Jan Svankmajer, and a series of sculpted heads by Sir Eduardo Paolozzi. The discussion around Dimensions of Dialogue encourages comparison with Cornelia Parker's Cold Dark Matter - an Exploded View, explored in session 2. In the second activity, students sketch Paolozzi's heads and then create their own plasticine sculptures.
