Online Features for Visually Impaired Users
Enlarging Text
Tate Online has been designed so that text can be resized.
To enlarge the text in Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to the View menu and select Text Size 'Larger' or 'Largest'.
To enlarge the text in Firefox, go to the View menu and select Text Size 'Increase' or 'Decease'.
To incease the text in Safari, go to the View menu and select 'Make Text Bigger' or 'Make Text Smaller'.
Most other browsers have a similar feature for enlarging text.
Please note that interactive elements, or older sections archived on Tate Online may not support resizable text. If you notice a problem with any area of the website, please email webmaster@tate.org.uk.
E-Bulletins
Tate e-bulletins include a plain-text version which follows the Text Email Newsletter (TEN) standard, which is designed to improve the readability of plain text email newsletters by people with visual impairments using special access technologies.
