iCalendar is supported by numberous applications and services including Apple iCal, Google Calendar, 37 Signals Backpack, iPod calendar, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Calendar.
The way to subscribe to a feed depends on the specific application you are using, but essentially involves transferring the URL of the feed to the application.
