How to Book

Booking

All groups (visiting independently or on a Tate-led session) must book in advance.

Fill in the form below if you would like to make a booking for a school group. Simple bookings may also be emailed to education.bookings@tate.org.uk.

Have the following ready when you call:

  • a range of dates for your visit
  • a full address, telephone number and email address
  • group size and age of pupils (see below)
  • type of activity
  • themes for workshops (if applicable)
  • whether you want to book a lunch slot and a place to store coats and bags
