Mike Chavez-Dawson (music performance)
Chavez-Dawson describes 'A bANdA dA' as a 'performative sound collage' that attempts to create a relational narrative between two seemingly opposing sources, in order to establish meaning through multi-layered associations. 'A bANdA dA' is a performative audio project directed by the artist Mike Chavez-Dawson in collaboration with Stratton Barrett, Sam Hubbard, Paul Greenhalgh and Chris Taylor.

Touché pas a la femme blanche (Marco Ferreri, France 1974, 108 min, 18)
Ferreri's 'baguetti-western', set in the streets of modern Paris, sees the collision of the Battle of Little Bighorn with anti-Vietnam sentiment. As President Nixon's orders, set General Custer against ultimately victorious Sioux Indians.
