Paradise Now

Saturday 5 July 2008, 16.00

Paradise Now (2005) is a tense and convincing film about two Palestinian suicide bombers planning an attack on Tel Aviv. Said and Khaled are friends whose feelings of oppression and humiliation drive them to join an extremist group. However the mission goes wrong when they are split up, and while they await another opportunity, doubts set in.
