The Shining
Parade Ground, Chelsea College of Art and Design, University of the Arts London, Atterbury St, London SW1P 4JU
Head to Chelsea College’s Parade Ground to enjoy a free open-air screening of Stanley Kubrick’s classic horror movie The Shining.
As custodian of the spooky Overlook Hotel, high in the Colorado Mountains, Jack Torrance and his family become embroiled in supernatural goings on, culminating in one of the scariest climaxes in cinema history.
This special screening celebrates the generous donation of the Stanley Kubrick Archive to University of the Arts London. The Kubrick Archive will open to the public in late 2007. www.arts.ac.uk/kubrick
