A number of diagonal lines in the foreground indicate rooftops leading to a church with a tall steeple. Under the steeple to the right a series of lines and curves describe the church’s architectural features, including buttresses, arched windows and a doorway.

Technical notes:
There is a smudge towards the left of the sheet and brown discolouration runs down the right edge.

Blank except for inscriptions. Inscribed in pencil ‘55’ top left. Inscribed in red pen ‘91’ bottom right, upside down and in pencil ‘53 | O’ bottom right.
