This rather rapid sketch shows a view looking along a path at the top of a terrace or ridge, with a view of lower ground to the left. Turner’s marks are ambiguous, but several connected arches at the centre left could represent a bridge, with water represented by a wavy line beneath. Folio 5 verso (D25533) probably shows a nearby view.
