Through our wide-ranging and innovative learning programmes for all ages we make a significant contribution to Britain's creativity. During 2006–7, over 540,000 on-site learners took part in programmes at our four galleries, ranging from major international conferences to gallery-based sessions and self-guided activities. These programmes were taken up by a growing number of independent adult learners, school groups, teachers and community groups.
