Michael Craig-Martin has been at the forefront of British art developments since the 1970s. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Britain and internationally. His best known works include the conceptual piece An Oak Tree, 1973, his large scale wall drawings of common objects and his intensely coloured room installations and paintings. He lives and works in London.
