One of fashion's most sought–after photographers, Mario Testino moved to London from Peru in 1976 and made his name in British, American, French and Italian Vogue and Vanity Fair. As well as his exquisitely styled fashion photographs and advertising campaigns, Testino has photographed many of the stars from the worlds of fashion, cinema, royalty and music including Diana, Princess of Wales, John Galliano, Gwyneth Paltrow, Robbie Williams and Madonna. Many of these works featured in the solo exhibition Portraits at the National Portrait Gallery, London (2002), and in his accompanying book of the same name.
